EXPERIENCE, SKILL and ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience in Human Resources or Law required.
Paralegal experience preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to act as an internal consultant on Human Resource policies, processes and
procedures. Propose organizational practices after completion of detailed analytics on external trends in markets and
legislation where Rite Aid conducts business transactions. Evaluate appropriate Human Resource data through use of
market studies to identify and recommend best practices. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent
is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and
service attributes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position directly supervises HR Coordinator 2, and carries out supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with Rite Aid policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring,
training, directing, rewarding, and disciplining associates; appraising associate performance; and
