Job Title: Prevention Health Specialist – Cancer Screening and Worksite Wellness Focus

Reports To: Population Health Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt; Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Wage: $17-$27 hourly; depending on number of years of transferrable experience and internal equity
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for work focused on prevention, awareness, and education at the population level. Areas of work may include: cancer screening, physical activity, nutrition, tobacco prevention, suicide prevention, and generalized chronic disease prevention.
