Rizo Lopez Foods, Inc Hiring for Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant Job at Modesto, CA Full Time

Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team. Inter-face with Production, Q.A. Lab and Warehouse personnel to ensure assigned projects are completed, executed and/or satisfied as needed in direct support of sales and marketing objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales Team, contracted Brokers and Consultants. General tasks include but not limited to: Completion of New Item Forms (NIF)/New Item Set-Up, Product information requests, general Data Entry, Uploading of information to customer portals and/or auxiliary sites.
• Prepare, pack and ship Sample Requests, Generate FedEx labels, Shipment Tracking, Follow-up with Salesman/Customer, Maintain inventory of all supplies needed to satisfy Requests.
• Work directly with Design Agencies, Printers, and Suppliers on an as-needed basis during the design development/proof process to ensure final renderings are approved and meet expectations for reproduction.
• Establish and maintain POS/Sales/Marketing materials and assist with updates including image, content, and translation when needed.
• Basic maintenance of Don Francisco website (www.donfranciscocheese.com).
• Process Donation Requests and manage branded give-a-way items and inventory.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

1. May perform additional responsibilities directed from management to ensure sales opportunities are optimized and/or pursued/executed based on greatest degree of success.

2. Promote and follow Rizo Lopez policies and procedures.

3. Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

4. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain a clean and sanitary work area.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully.

4. Strong administrative skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Social Media and Internet Search

6. Ability to communicate and interact with coworkers across all levels of the organization;

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related field.

2. Practical or related experience in a food manufacture setting a plus and may be considered in lieu of a Degree.

3. Spanish/English bilingual with effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills a plus.
