As an Internet Sales Representative you’ll be responsible for calling potential customers interested in our program, answering queries, selling goods, and maintaining leads. The Internet Sales Representative will also be expected to create sales goals and forecast future sales projections while continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer service, as well as monitoring competitors.

The Social Media and Internet Sales Representative is a full time opportunity and offers great pay, benefits as well as great growth potential.

Prior experience as customer service/sales rep, sales manager, telephone sales, social media platforms and CRM is very helpful to the success at this opportunity.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily sales calls reaching out to leads received from Facebook, PPC, Chat platforms
• Set appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales team
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, text and chat
• Enter customer information and update progress into the CRM system
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals
• Work in a team environment to provide customers with a top level experience
• Create goals and sales strategies
• Contacting all prospects daily from prior interests with RNR

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoy talking on the phone and helping customers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task
• Must have valid ID
• Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
