Manages all phases of Human Resources Benefits program, by developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining all benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Works with Director of Human Resources & Risk Management and Team to continually evaluate the Benefits Program, keep updated on Employment Law, Policies and Procedures, Reporting; Compliance and Employee issues, and other HR best practices.

JOB CLASSIFICATION, JOB LOCATION AND WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time Regular Position, with regular office hours in Carbondale and Aspen, requires flexible schedule that will include working holidays.
