PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct and coordinate all staffing activities for employees in the US and Canada
• Develop recruitment strategies and interview programs
• Ensure that all manager are trained and in compliance with hiring process
• Conduct interviews on final candidates to ensure the best candidates are chosen
• Ensuring the recruitment of high quality talent capable of supporting the short and long-term needs of the business.
• Provide support to managers on, staffing decisions, hiring practices, and development of position selection criteria.
• Provides support to operations team to build an organization motivated to achieve operational goals and focused on health and safety and process improvement.
• Promote a work environment that builds loyalty of employees and reduces turnover.
• Conducts exit interviews and analyzes results
• Turnover reporting and management.
• Requisition management.
• Onboarding of new hires
• Develops recognition and rewards program and manage
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements – 1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field
– A comprehension of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations
– Proficient with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
– Ability to view issues without prejudice
– Previous experience in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
– Broad knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure
– Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
– Exemplary ethics, integrity, and standards
– PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are preferred
– 5+ years in human resources
– Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
