In addition, you will assist in executing broader office management initiatives.You will develop an understanding of key business process and protocols while having the ability to communicate with all levels of local practice and operations employees.What Will Help You Be Successful:+ Strong coaching, negotiation, and conflict resolutions skills.+ Ability to function operationally while assisting with strategic projects and initiatives.+ Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.+ Identify and resolve or elevate operational and human resources issues appropriately.+ Interact with all levels of personnel and work well under pressure.+ Professionalism while working with confidential information.+ Ability to multi-task and bring multiple projects to completion and within the budgeted timeframe.What You Will Be Doing:Employee Onboarding Responsibilities:+ Enlist volunteers and coordinate details for new hire onboarding (Local Office Orientation, welcome advisor lunches, etc.)+ Follow up on missing new hire paperwork, ensure 100% compliance with organizational best practice and legal guidelines+ Identify and escalate potential issues for compliance with HR policies, laws and regulations+ Assist with ad-hoc market leadership requests+ Other office mattersEmployee Relations:+ Conduct new hire check in meetings, summarize feedback and areas for improvement+ Assist in and execute Performance Management processes (advisor assignments, performance evaluations, promotion discussions, compensation, etc.)+ Field general HR questions from employees and address/elevate as necessary+ Maintain Northeast Region headcount tracking by level (hire date, promotions, advisor assignments, etc.)+ Track and maintain prior years’ experience for Protiviti experienced hires+ Assist with data QA/ensure accuracy during compensation and bonus processesAdditional Responsibilities:+ Establish and maintain relationships with other HR team members across Protiviti to ensure best practices and consistency.+ Participate in national task forces as necessary.+ Assist in the execution of special internal events, e.g. Promotion Celebrations, Executive Team visits, Alumni events, Town Hall Meetings, social events, etc.+ Other special projects as assigned to help the HR team.Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:+ Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, English, Human Resources)+ 0-2 years in human resources or a related field, preferably in professional services, agency recruiting and/or industry experience.+ Experience using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Protiviti is not licensed or registered as a public accounting firm and does not issue opinions on financial statements or offer attestation services.For all US & Canada Postings: You may submit your application materials online or call 1.888.###.#### for additional ways to apply.
