This position’s duties include recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Your responsibilities
– Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
– Overseeing various administrative duties
– Helping with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
– Leveraging digital recruiting resources
– Performing interviews
– Formulating internal recommendations
– Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements Requirements – This position’s duties require a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
– Anyone looking to perform this position’s duties needs proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
– Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– Sourcing recruitment experience required
– Comprehensive knowledge of Appraisals
– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
– Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
