An esteemed company has an opening for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join their dynamic culture. Daily tasks may include handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This short-term contract-to-hire HR Assistant position is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the Dublin, Ohio area.
How you will make an impact
– Assist with employee coordination
– Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials
– Perform various administrative duties, assisting with employee relations
– Manage employee database archives

Requirements
– Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– Strong communication and social skills
– Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
– Human Resources (HR) Administration experience preferred
– Benefits coordination experience highly desired
– Well-founded grasp of LOA processing
– Expertise in Administrative Assistance
– Deep understanding of HRIS
– Proven knowledge of FMLA
– Computer Data Entry experience desired
– Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
