In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions. This long-term contract opportunity is based in the Columbus, Ohio area but there are remote work opportunities (must be local to Columbus area).
Your responsibilities
– Carrying out various administrative duties
– Executing interviews
– Formulating internal recommendations
– Making use of digital recruiting resources
– Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements
– Aiding with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
– Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Requirements – Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate
– Strong familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
– Corporate Recruiting experience highly desired
– Corporate Recruiting experience
– Full Cycle Recruiting experience preferred
– Proven knowledge of sourcing recruitment
– Comprehensive knowledge of Technical Recruiting
– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
– You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
– Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
