A warm and caring personality is imperative. As our receptionist/patient coordinator, you will be the first person our patients see when they arrive and the last to see when they leave. Must have; a working knowledge of Windows operating system, a welcoming phone personality to provide guidance to our patients and deal effectively with insurance companies, knowledge of accounts receivable and billing, unmatched organizational skills, and most importantly, the ability to work well with others as a team player. 2-3 years of dental office experience preferred. Dentrix Practice Management Software experience a plus.
