Full Job Description
- Responsible for implementing and coordinating an effective management system which includes accountability for fiscal and managerial results, and agency wide budgets.
- Directs budget and cost controls, financial analysis, strategic controls and analysis. Analyzes and interprets financial data.
- Oversees administration and coordination of all employee benefit programs.
- Provides guidance for compensation of employees.
- Develops and implements policies for all staff.
- Oversees monthly operating subsidy drawdowns
- Directs the preparation of budget and audit documents.
