As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a Digital Marketing and Communication Analyst to join our team. In this role you will combine marketing, communication, and social media management skills to architect and enhance our company’s social media presence, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, supporting our clients and delivery teams, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
Responsibilities
• Develops marketing strategies and plans for company
• Advises delivery teams, and develops communication and outreach strategies and plans for clients
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and social media campaigns, including content ideation and implementation schedule
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborates with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners
• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
• Proofreads documents and develops presentations
• Develops graphics, content, videos, and sales and marketing material to support prospect and client communications
• Develops graphics for reports and presentations
• Supports marketing to prospects in target markets and accounts
Formal Education and Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of journalism, communication, marketing or related discipline
• Two to three years of related work experience
• Experience in a professional services organization desired
Social Media Marketing Skills and Qualifications
• Strong command of the English language
• Proficient in English grammar
• Data Collection and Analysis
• Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills
• Experience with Major Social Media Platforms
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, e.g., Active Campaign
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative tools, Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools
