OUR Department:
Internal medicine doctors, often called internists, primarily provide care for adults, but not for children. They specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease and see patients for every health condition, from a physical or a sinus infection to a broken bone, and anything in between. Internists help with preventive care and the treatment of complex adult diseases, and they are the go-to provider to help connect and coordinate the many subspecialties a patient might need.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Internal Medicine, you are key in the success of operations and compassionate patient care every day.
STATUS: Full Time
DEPARTMENT: Internal Medicine
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, Days

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient Care & Service. Promote and restore patients’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; perform various treatment procedures; provide physical, educational and emotional support to patients, friends and families; supervise assigned team members
- Medication Administration & Reporting. Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal from/to appropriate staff as per departmental protocols
Pay Range $23.00 – $26.60
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
