Specialist HR Services
Where we need you
Employee relations via daily interaction
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers/supervisors to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Investigation and resolution of employee issues
Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
Responsible for communicating with staffing agency, temporary employees, and supervision
Administer new hire on-boarding and orientation for full time and temporary employees
Payroll for temporary employees
Identify current and future staffing needs
Maintains training records and documents for all full time and temporary employees
Attendance tracking
Employment Verifications
Creates employee identification badges and gives appropriate access per employee
Responsible for special projects as assigned by manager
Any other duties that may be assigned
How to convince us
2+ years general HR experience preferred
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Bachelors Degree preferred
