HR Generalist/Manager
Rockland Paramedic Services is in search of an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist/Manager to administer the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Applies business knowledge and human resources expertise in providing a wide range of HR support, and plays a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on legal compliance, benefits administration, recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
