POSITION SUMMARY:
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist will partner with the OD Manager and Corporate HR team to develop processes and communication that support Talent Management and OD initiatives throughout Rockline. Initiatives this position will be responsible for include Performance Management, development objective plans and related learning, change management, surveys and assessments and other talent management processes to drive effective standardization and alignment across the organization. This position will partner with the Corporate HR Team and the OD Manager to develop and deliver organizational
engagement initiatives.
