Rockstar New York is seeking an HR Coordinator with a strong customer-service mentality and exceptional organizational skills to help support our employees and business. The ideal candidate will bring energy and focus, as well as enthusiasm for HR and Rockstar.
WHAT WE DO
The Rockstar Games HR Team is responsible for empowering our employees to reach their greatest potential and create the ground-breaking games we’re known for.
We partner with senior leadership to drive proactive strategies of engagement, wellbeing, operations, and learning & development.
We collaborate with our global HR Partners to develop new initiatives and programs to bring out the best in our teams.
We ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive working environment through guidance, compliance, and leading by example.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day operational support to the global HR teams.
Facilitate full life-cycle administration, from pre-onboarding to termination.
Administer job change paperwork and corresponding HRIS inputs – including transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Support administration of Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, and Employee Wellbeing.
Maintain immigration paperwork to assist with managing the immigration process.
Ensure the confidentiality and proper retention of all HR and employee data and documentation.
Assist in and own special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 2 years HR support experience.
Solid understanding of key HR processes.
Passion for Rockstar and our games.
SKILLS
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.
Confidentiality, diplomacy, and commitment to the needs of Rockstar employees are essential.
Effectively manage time and be adaptable to shifting priorities.
PLUSES

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $70,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
