Rogers Group, Inc Hiring for Oracle E-Business Suite Developer at Nashville, TN Full Time

We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as an ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE (EBS) APPLICATION DEVELOPER . This position is NOT REMOTE and will be based in our Corporate office located in Nashville, TN . In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for Oracle EBS application support and development. As a member of our development team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain valuable hands-on functional and technical experience with the Oracle EBS financial system.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers and business system owners to understand application requirements and design specifications.
• Develop and customize Oracle EBS applications using Oracle development tools, including Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Workflow Builder.
• Modify and enhance existing Oracle EBS modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure the quality and performance of developed applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, to gather requirements, provide technical support, and resolve application-related issues.
• Participate in training programs to enhance Oracle EBS related functional and technical knowledge
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including design documents and test plans
• Grant, monitor, delete access to applications based on security requests
• Work collaboratively with Application Development and Database Administration teams

Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs and individual capabilities

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• 1-3 years’ experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• 1-3 years’ experience with EBS development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, or Workflow Builder
• Basic understanding of EBS database configuration: schemas, table relationships, etc.
• Basic functional understanding of EBS modules and relationships between modules
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle EBS version 12.2 is a plus

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus
