We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate, self‐motivated accountant to join our growing team. We are a perception defying CPA firm dedicated to excellent client service with tax, consulting, CFO and accounting work. Ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional client service and professionalism in all interaction and communication, high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information, as well as a mindset to grow.

The Role:

• Data entry into Excel and other programs
• Prepare payroll for clients using 3rd party processor
• Manage multiple clients & projects simultaneously
• Special projects as assigned
• Managing clients on a monthly basis including: o Closing book o Prepares and maintains financial data & records o Filing other tax filings as needed (sales/payroll/etc) o Meeting with clients o Communicating with clients on day to day issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business degree OR Associate Accounting Degree with 3+ years of experience
• Proficient with QuickBooks & QuickBooks Online
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite – especially Word, Excel & Outlook
• Prior experience working in an public accounting firm a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
