Marketing Account Manager ROMEXTERRA CONSTRUCTION INC. Fire and Water Restoration Services is Chicagoland’s trusted family-owned leader in restoration since 2003. We are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team and follow our core values of honesty, transparency, and doing the right thing.The Business Development Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. They will need to establish and develop relationships in order to generate and secure new sales revenue by prospecting and adding customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Design an action plan to successfully generate new business and build client referral relationships
• Responsible for achieving company sales targets
• Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of our company in the community
• Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
• Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, such as promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.
• Responsible for ongoing prospecting and warm-calling potential clients within targeted areas
• Call and follow up with the client after every job and ensure client satisfaction
• Enter and track customer interactions in the software system
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and outstanding customer service to develop lifetime customers
• Communicate a positive image of the company to the entire staff and customers
