Purpose
The Software Developer is responsible for the development and continuous improvements to our Commercial and Marketing Platforms. This individual will work cross-functionally to support our Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, Finance, and Legal business partners. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, incidents, and technical optimizations and driving automation to increase efficiency in business processes. The ideal candidate has knowledge of .Net language and applications as well as CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application
Own some of our .Net applications which are homegrown, as well as assess all aspects of core technology with the business processes and procedures
Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
Design and execute complicated unit test plans
Deploy fully functional applications
Upgrade existing programs
Retrieved data and its functionality from Third-Party API’s and displayed within the lightning component
Recommend system changes or enhancements, giving primary consideration to the feasibility, maintainability, internal customer needs, and overall cost/benefit and quality requirements
Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree
Five (5) or more years of work experience using .NET programming languages and SQL
Ability to test and debug various .NET applications
Proficiency in building web-based applications
In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (i.e. C# and Visual Basic .NET)
Experience in the development of Salesforce
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software application development and enterprise application integrations
Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management, and organization expertise
Ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
Excellent independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing operational tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with prioritizing work streams from multiple projects
High proficiency in the English language, spoken and written
