Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive measurable results. Your creative ideas, analytical mindset, and passion for social media trends will contribute to our overall marketing success.

Salary:

$875-$1350 per week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Research and identify trends, platforms, and techniques that can enhance our social media presence and outreach.

2. Content Creation and Management:

• Create engaging, high-quality, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Develop a content calendar that outlines the posting schedule and coordinates with key marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and curate user-generated content that aligns with our brand values.

3. Audience Engagement:

• Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
• Foster meaningful relationships with followers and influencers to amplify our brand message.

4. Performance Analytics:

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and recommend improvements based on data insights.

5. Paid Advertising:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Utilize targeting options and audience segmentation to ensure ads are reaching the right demographics.

Experience and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
