Roxbury is currently recruiting a full-time Human Resources Generalist to work at our Shippensburg, PA behavioral healthcare facility.
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the administrative coordination of all employee-related information and processes. This position is primarily responsible for compliance with all governmental and legal requirements according to the personnel function. In addition, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for assisting the Director, Human Resources with staff recruitment, HRIS management, personnel file administration, staff development, and employee relations.

Roxbury Treatment Center is a STAR LRP-approved facility. STAR LRP is a Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program, and is intended for individuals working in either a full-time substance use disorder (SUD) treatment job that involves direct patient care in a county where drug overdose death exceed the most current national average overdose death rate per 100,000 people, as reported by the CDC; or a Mental Health Professional Shortage Area. As such, staff with 6 or more years of service would be able to have their student loans paid off (up to $250,000).

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Human Resources preferred. High school diploma and previous HR experience required. Previous experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems highly preferred.
