Royal has an opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take on a challenging role with a growing company in central Nebraska. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping find, hire, and retain quality talent that aligns with Royal’s culture. As the business process owner, this individual will constantly be evaluating the effectiveness of our recruitment practices and adjusting, as needed, to best serve the organization.
Flexibility
This position is eligible to be performed in a remote arrangement, but some on-site time will be needed. While project workloads may require more or less on a short term basis, we estimate the need for approximately one week on-site every six weeks. Royal is an incredibly flexible environment, and that flexibility will transfer over into this role. Exempt employees have some freedom to set their own schedule and are eligible for flex Fridays.
