The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits services, policies, procedures and operational programs Company-wide for our employee count of 190 and growing in 28 locations throughout 15 different States. Ability to handle a multi-faceted employee group and a good business sense will also be expected.
The essential areas are:
- Monitor, manage and administer all HRIS – Paycor is our main employee-related system currently
- Collaboration and assistance with all HR administration and Operational functions
- Coordination of time entry process and payroll maintenance for all related RSI entities, including backup payroll processing – Paycor
- Lead and administer all employee benefits – Paycor
- Employee onboarding like a ROCKSTAR!
- Assist with Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations – on the front line of communication with employees and managers alike
- Develop good working relationships with employees and management
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
- This job description is not all-inclusive; Human Resources Coordinator may be expected to perform other duties as assigned by the Director of HR
Be an HR Business Partner in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources to maintain practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, departmental goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; HR certifications a plus
- Previous Human Resources or related experience required – 5+ years preferred.
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision required
- Ability to remain calm and organized while working under pressure in a busy environment
- Ability to work within time-frame of standard policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations
- Excellent systems usage and knowledge of payroll platform, HRIS, SharePoint, MS Office 365 is essential
- Exhibit extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our team
Required Systems: Paycor, MS Office 365, Excel, Word, PPT and Teams etc. and general ability and willingness to utilize with initiative, efficiency, and accuracy.
