At RV Park Management our goal is to provide outstanding RV park management support and services, assist park proprietors, implement solid solutions, and create a lucrative yet uncomplicated experience for RV park owners. RVPM is looking for an HR Coordinator who will be critical in assisting the Human Resources and Accounting Teams to complete all assigned tasks which will include recruiting activities, payroll assistance, reporting, accounts payables and receivables, HR administrative duties, and various other administrative duties. This person will have knowledge of HR laws and regulation, great attention to detail, follow up, confidentiality, and enthusiasm. We’re looking for a long-term partner to join our team who is excited about the travel and RV industry. This person will contribute ideas, solutions, and experience that will increase proficiency for our team that will help us enhance the RV Park industry as a whole.

You’ll get to:

• Support our HR and accounting teams with administrative tasks as assigned. This means every day will be different with a new way to contribute!
• Confidentially maintain employee records and files in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Process Human Resources paperwork in a timely manner escalating when necessary.
• Assist with new employee orientation and on-boarding process.
• Support benefits administration.
• Respond to and escalate employee questions, concerns, and employee relation issues.
• Support employee recognition activities.
• Contribute to and maintain accurate HRIS and payroll data.
• Generate and prepare identified HR reports as required.
• Assist HR Team with the administration of leaves of absence, Paid Time Off, and Workers’ Compensation.
• Assist with recruiting and staffing activities.
• Make suggestions for HR process improvement and “own” all administrative activities within the HR team.
• Multitask and work with a variety of awesome teammates.
• Other tasks as assigned.

You’ll definitely need:

• 2 or more years of experience in HR and basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Computer literacy and competence with payroll systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Basic understanding of HR laws and RVPM policies.
• Enthusiasm, detail-oriented, and an eye for improvement.
• Resiliency and excellent problem-solving skills.
• An ambitious attitude.
