Position Title- Recruiter
Location- FL (Fully Remote)
Duration- 4+ months

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least two years’ experience in high volume recruiting.

• Proven interview and selection skills.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• PC Proficient

Other:

Flexibility in work hours.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the recruitment and selection of Field Technicians staff (nonexempt positions) utilizing internal and external sources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruits, screens, and interviews applicants for employment.

• Administers pre-employment tests if appropriate.

• Refers qualified applicants to the proper level of management for further interviews.

• Extends offers to select candidates.

• Assists with the background verifications on potential hires.

• Visits trade schools, colleges, universities, and/or job fairs to recruit applicants.

• Ensures that recruitment and employment activities follow government regulations and organization policies and procedures.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• Recruitment of Field Technicians: 2 years (Preferred)
