Automotive Technician

We are looking to hire a seasoned technician that will fit in with my family of employees. Currently I am the senior tech (diagnostician) and business owner with 4 very competant techs doing heavy line and general repairs. We’ve grown and we need a senior tech/ shop supervisor.

We are looking for someone that is experienced and maybe frustrated working for a manager that doesn’t see your potential to take it to the next level. You probably spend countless hours on YouTube learning how to sharpen your skills. You understand process that makes a shop run smooth. You are very comfortable with a paperless system, and like to be at the front of new technology. You have a strong knowledge of automobiles and how they operate. You feel very comfortable with most general maintenance and repair. You have an understanding of vehicle systems and can do basic diagnostic beyond just reading a code and recommending the ‘top repair’.

Must have excellent communication skills. Must have clean driving record. Must be ASE Certified.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience as any of the following…an automotive technician / Diesel auto technician / service technician / Ford technician / Ford mechanic / GM technician / GM mechanic / Honda technician / Honda Mechanic / Nissan Technician / Nissan Mechanic / Diesel technician / Domestic cars / Asian vehicle mechanic/ Dodge technician / Dodge mechanic / Jeep technician / Jeep mechanic / Chrylser mechanic / Chrysler technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
