Essential Functions

• Validate and audit daily monthly commission and data for accuracy, completeness and consistency as well as cross auditing of team members.
• Calculated monthly sales commission for US and Canada sales employees within specified deadlines (600+ employees).Investigated and resolved any discrepancies on commission calculations.
• Work closely with other business partners and departments such as, Payroll, Corporate Sales Support teams, Field Sales, Human Resources and Finance.
• Assist with commission statement reconciliation and audits to validate commissions and bonus for calculations and payments as well as participate in any commission related projects.
• Participate in or lead special projects as assigned. Projects may include but are not limited to testing system upgrades or enhancements, employee collections process, conducting commissions analysis and developing ad hoc reports and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting
• Three (3) years or more General Accounting experience preferred
