Reporting to the Sr. Manager Project Management Office, The HR Project Manager is responsible for working on key strategic HR projects/programs that help support the optimization and integration of new initiatives and processes for our employees. This role will help drive HR initiatives while bringing in best practices based on market research and internal customer needs. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, influence and negotiation, project management, and efficient prioritization. It is also extremely hands-on and demands detail-oriented execution skills. Internal customers rely on timely and efficient status reports so the HR Project Manager will need to have confidence to drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. This role provides a single point of accountability for all aspects of assigned projects. This role will need to maintain focus on goals and objectives of assigned initiatives including scope management, internal/external resources, project schedules, issues tracking, risk management, and project status reporting. A digital mindset is preferred to help adopt digital technology to business needs.
