Location Information
We have four senior communities in New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury that are rich with thoughtful amenities and support. Our compassionate services also reach seniors living in the broader Twin Cities area through home care, outpatient therapies and wellness programs.
Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 168 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) evaluates, documents, directs and provides nursing care. This role will communicate resident status changes to relatives or responsible party, as well as the case manager, house supervisor, and medical provider.
