SaintA Hiring For Client Care Specialist at Milwaukee, WI  Full Time

Job Purpose:
The Client Care Specialist is a personable individual who is passionate about the care and wellbeing of clients. This position is responsible for smoothly operating the Clinical Services front desk.

Duties:

• Greets and registers clients, supports completion of all necessary forms, confirms and updates demographic and insurance information, verifies insurance coverage, articulates any outstanding balances and payment obligations to clients at the time of their service, collects and posts payments and schedules new and follow-up client appointments.
•  Answers telephone, screens calls, schedules appointments and takes messages.
• Monitors client flow to ensure they are cared for in the most efficient and courteous manner. Offers various assistance to clients to include arranging transportation needs, providing directions, providing bus passes, etc.
• Manage client information tracking on Clinic Caseload Excel spreadsheet.
• Maintains Quality of Life (QOL) data at intake and discharge for clients according to policy. Performs other job-related duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or some post-secondary education preferred.
• 3 years’ experience working with an electronic health record (EHR) system with data entry experience preferred.
• 3 years’ experience of front office medical/mental health office experience with working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial health plans; and must understand and be able to convey to clients their insurance benefits preferred. 
• Ability to use and maintain various types of office equipment including phones, computer software/hardware, fax and eFax, scanner and copying machines.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote.
• Proficient use of Adobe Pro DC tools. Must be able to create, convert, combine, organize, and modify files. Must be able to create fillable forms and form templates, request signatures, etc.

Position Details:

• Full time
• May require travel to attend meetings and events.
• Clinic front desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.  Staff will work overlapping 8 hour shifts to ensure continuous coverage and to meet peak demands.
• Incumbents will occasionally need to be available for overtime and/or provide flexibility during office hours to accommodate special events, peak demand or staff shortages.
• Fast-paced setting, many interruptions with some projects with quick deadlines.
• Reports directly to the Clinical Services Operational Manager.
