What This Position is All About
Under the leadership and guidance of the Locator Manager or Supervisor, the Locator Associate is responsible for locating requested merchandise within our store and completing orders placed by our customers in other Saks stores. The Locator associate is expected to provide outstanding customer service and must work quickly to satisfy our customer’s needs. To be successful in this position the associate must partner effectively with other team members within the Locator staff and with other sales and support associates within the store.

As The Merchandise Locator, You Will:

• Provide customer service
• Locate requested merchandise within our store
• Complete orders by customers from other stores
• Assist as required
