The Director of Electronic Health Records oversees the day-to-day support of Salud’s electronic health record, eClinicalWorks(eCW), in both test and production environments.
The Director of Electronic Health Records supports clinic staff by helping resolve issues within the eCW platform, as well as other integrated systems and ensures systems function that allows clinical staff to provide high-quality service to patients and internal customers.
The Director of Electronic Health Records provides expertise in the maintenance, planning, training, implementation, communication, and evaluation of new and existing functionality and ongoing process improvement related to eCW.
