Position Overview:
Under the general direction of
the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading and executing human resource strategy in support of
the overall vision, mission, and strategic directions of SFBU. The director provides strategic leadership for the campus in the areas of
talent acquisition and management, organizational development, and performance management, training and development, and classification and
compensation.. Additionally, the director works collaboratively with other university leadership to ensure compliance with federal and state
laws and other regulatory requirements. This is a salaried exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
