Job Summary
Enterprise supervisor role responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all areas of talent acquisition in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). Provides leadership, vision and strategy in the development, execution and continuously improvement of talent acquisition operations and processes while focused on creating a positive candidate experience from start to finish to cultivate talent pipelines and hire employees who are dedicated to excellence in pioneering the best integrated patient and resident care. Ensures compliance with government laws and regulations and meets the goals and objectives of the health system. Lead a team of talent acquisition representatives in understanding of assigned service line(s) and assigned recruitment processes and technologies. Leads talent acquisition representative teams in the principals and standards of the interview scheduling, pre-boarding and hiring process. Oversee the timely and accurate processing of pre-boarding transactions to ensure all processes and documents are completed within service-level agreements in adherence with federal/state regulations and enterprise policies and procedures. Implement and oversee the quality standards for data to provide accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Ensure compliance with security standards, Human Resources policies and procedures.
Monitor performance and track metrics to identify opportunities for individual and team development. Monitor and oversee compliance with talent acquisition service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Review and analyze recruitment performance metrics with leadership and adjust when appropriate. Work with all levels of management within the organization regarding talent acquisition operations. Partner with pre-boarding vendors to facilitate background screen and relocation processes. Participate in weekly/monthly/quarter vendor relationship meetings, SLA development and monitoring, ROI reporting, invoice payments and management of vendor enhancements, including associated end user training. Manage the background check review and escalation process and partner with internal legal counsel when appropriate. Manage the support of pre-boarding processes for contingent workers.
Ensure excellent candidate experience by consistently measuring, assessing, and addressing candidate feedback. Collaborate with other talent acquisition leaders by communicating trends and best practices to constantly innovate and improve the candidate experience. Accurately report all data associated with the recruitment process and lifecycle of the candidate experience developing processes to ensure data integrity for all recruitment activities.
Lead resolution of complex recruiting queries and non-standard recruiting requests that cannot be resolved by Employee Services Center (ESC). Track escalated issues and trends. Oversee ongoing compliance with all appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, including the facilitation of periodic surveys and audits. Manage bonus payout process, including communication with business operations leaders.
Support operational needs and talent acquisition representative hiring, scheduling, training, and orientation. Implement training, quality assurance initiatives, and coaching strategies to enhance the performance of the talent acquisition representative teams. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical abilities is essential.
Must be self-directed, autonomous and yet able to work in an interdependent role. Must have excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills. Develops and maintains various departmental statistical data and metrics. Ability to interpret data. Attention to detail is essential. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and employees (written and verbal). Lead the use of change management theories and processes across organizations. Thrive in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required. Completes other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resource or other business-related field with human resource coursework, or equivalent combination of post- secondary education and work experience.
Minimum three years experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition preferred. Prefer previous supervisory experience; multi-state or multi-site recruiting experience; current/recent recruiting experience in high volume setting; strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing methods and techniques. Advanced knowledge of related employment law and related government laws and regulations is preferred. Knowledge of employment/employee relations laws and Sanford policies is also preferred. Possess a working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Word and Excel.
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or SHRM – Certified Professional (CP) certificate preferred.
