Working in Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, General Manager, CEO, and the entire Leadership Team. You will be empowered to manage projects, social media accounts, compose written press and marketing materials, market and promote performances and events through the implementation of marketing plans, advertising campaigns, data analytics, and communications.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, English, marketing or related fields preferred with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree and 3- 5 years of relevant experience, or 6-10 year related experience
• Experience and knowledge in marketing, and the best practices and procedures within non-profit arts industry preferred
• Flexibility to meet shifting work demands and the ability to multitask
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, etc.) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana) Experience with ADOBE or other graphic software a plus
• Demonstrated experience with multiple Social Media channels and platforms, and CRM software including data analytics and reporting
• Highest levels of ability regarding attention to detail, accuracy, client relations, customer service and collaboration
• Passion for and knowledge of the Arts is highly desirable
• Creative with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in all forms of communication
• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals from diverse identities at all levels including Board members and stakeholders
