Opportunity:
We’re seeking a dynamic Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, to help drive strategies that’ll attract the best and brightest talent to SAS. If you have a proven track record for delivering results and have a knack for building strong, connected partnerships, we want you to be part of our collaborative, data-driven, and high-energy recruitment team.
As a Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment activities across key strategic areas in our technical and/or sales business units. This includes serving as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and sourcing and attracting top talent for both technical and non-technical roles.
We’re looking for someone with creative ideas, a commitment to providing a strong customer experience, and a vision for how to pipeline talent. Our goal? Attract top talent, anticipate the needs of our internal stakeholders, and ensure candidates understand why SAS is an employer of choice.
