Position: Client Services Support Coordinator

Location: Significant travel most of the year, remote when not traveling
**TRAVEL REQUIRED for 75% of the year around multiple sites across the upper midwest US**
Overview of Position
The Client Services Support Coordinator ensures ScanSTAT’s standards for quality and customer service are being delivered to our customers. This position also provides Release of Information Services and is a point of contact for employees within their area of responsibility. The Client Services Support Coordinator manages the workflow in their area of responsibility.
The Client Services Support Coordinator leads site productivity initiatives and is expected to meet compliance and regulatory standards in accordance with state and federal statutes. This person is expected to maintain good communication and build long-term relationships with our customers, employees and ScanSTAT management. The position requires frequent travel (up to 70%) between client sites in an assigned region.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
