The New Installations (NI) Sales Representative’s role is to identify opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information to locate sources for sale of company products and services. The core duties and responsibilities of the NI Sales Representative will include learning how to perform preliminary design work with architects and general contractors; developing budgets and schedules; reading and understanding job plans & specifications; preparing estimates, bid proposals and making presentations to win the sale.

Other responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement sales strategies on specific negotiations that are consistent with internal product strategy while, at the same time, fully reflective of customer requirements and competitive offerings.
Education:
In lieu of degree, high school diploma and 6+ years of technical experience in the elevator industry or sales experience required.
