Schlouch Inc. has been Eastern PA s leading site/civil contractor since 1983 and is still growing! We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable person to join our team as a Construction Site Laborer.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently and as a member of a crew on active job sites; residential, commercial and roadways
• Willing to work with various crews such as dirt, pipe, erosion control, concrete curb, paving, blasting
• Perform manual labor such as shoveling, regularly lifting heavy objects, using hand/power tools
• Mechanical skills necessary to work with various pieces of equipment as need
• Understand and follow OSHA regulations
• Ability to work in high temperatures, high noise levels, uneven surfaces, around traffic, and in various weather conditions

Requirements:

• Understand basic math, use hand/power tools
• Willing to work and travel to job sites in a 75 mile radius around Reading, PA
• Ability to Lift 50+ Pounds Required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Mentoring and training will be provided to the ideal candidate

Compensation:

• Wage Based on Skill Level: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
