The ideal candidate for this role will be eager for a customer-facing softwareengineering role with responsibility for tasks in the full softwaredevelopment life cycle from design to end-user support. Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the design & development of enterprise-level software solutions bytriaging, executing, documenting, and managing initiatives and issuesfor the Azure DevOps, ESRI ArcGIS and Utility Network, Amazon WebServices, ArcFM Solution Suite, and Oracle & MS SQL Server database technology
Write and implement code with a variety of technologies (C#,ArcObjects, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript) relating to extending andcustomizing desktop, web, and mobile based solutions for electric,gas, water and wastewater, and telecom utility clients. Serve as engineering support to a geographically dispersed team that areprimary contacts to a client base that is knowledgeable, technical, andoften in operation-critical functions at utility companies. Solve internal technical issues ranging from configuration and softwaredefects to infrastructure innovation for next-generation offerings.
The ideal candidate will be able to take direction and immediately apply thatknowledge to the task at hand independently, or as part of a solutionsteam, and have excellent problem-solving skills. RequirementsBachelor of Science degree (or within 2 years of obtaining degree) in
Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred, or related fieldwith computer emphasis.Experience developing end-user applications and interfaces in a .NETdevelopment environment. C# coding experience preferred.Experience developing end-user applications and interfaces with anobject-oriented programming language.Experience with commercial RDBMS such as Oracle and SQL Server required.Must have experience in Windows-based software development tools, including
