The role of the Strategic Customer Program Manager is to oversee and coordinate all Business Unit (BU) related projects and/or lead a Customer specific account to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. The Program Manager’s main responsibilities include organizing the various BU teams and activities to improve team efficiencies, building long-term goals for improved project delivery, and developing program and project specific processes to drive consistency and efficiency for communicating with all teams and Customers.
