Your mission as our Human Resources Manager:

• Recruit and hire great talent to meet the needs of our growing company
• Create training and development programs for new and current team members to ensure team members have the tools to meet their personal and company goals.
• Encourage and maintain the core values of our company

Responsibilities of our Human Resources manager (things that lead to winning):

• Recruit and hire great talent to meet the needs of our growing company
• Create training and development programs for new and current team members
• Administer onboarding and training for new team members
• Develop and administer team member benefits
• Maintain our Employee Manual
• Develop and administer a team member evaluation/ feedback program
• Be the advocate for our team members
• Address internal Human Resources issues as they arise
• Ensures compliance of all legislative requirements
• Off board former team members when needed
• Provide weekly updates on project status to the General Manager
• Set the example for team members in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational skills, work habits.
• Coordinate efforts with the entire Schroeder team to ensure a seamless client experience and ensure attainment of overall company goals.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a four-year college or university program in Human Resources Administration.
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources Administration.
• Solid experience in recruiting and coordinating training and development programs.
• Knowledge of appropriate EEOC legislation
• Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Compensation:

We offer a salary of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience. Benefits include
