SCIOTO SERVICES Hiring for Talent Acquisition Sourcing Coordinator at Canal Winchester, Ohio Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Coordinator- hybrid position will be responsible for sourcing and engaging talent in the commercial cleaning industry and engaging community partners with events to brand our name.

Core Responsibilities

• Reviews employment applications and evaluate work history, skills, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications.
• Refers and schedules qualified applicants for the hiring manager interviews.
• Maintains records of applicants, applicant flow and employee selection in applicant tracking systems and decision support systems.
• Track metrics on sourcing campaign success, interview volume, hires, applicant status, community engagement
• Coordinates and builds participation for high volume hiring events. Occasionally participates on-site conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times, to include Marsden, client and associate related information.

• Be able to create and sustain partnerships, both internally and externally, with multiple levels of leadership.

Education and Experience Required

• Minimum of Associates Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field and/or one year experience of staffing in a fast paced environment.
• Strong comfort level in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Calendar
• Written communication skills
• High comfort level communicating with a diverse population of candidates over the phone.
• Enjoys a challenge and is committed to building a high-performance team.
