Key Accountabilities:
Learn and understand Scott’s Cheap Flights product offering and how each team supports our mission, culture, and organization as a whole
Lead full-cycle recruitment while prioritizing an excellent candidate experience
Establish yourself as a trusted resource to all hiring managers while working closely to develop job descriptions, forecast future hiring plans, and define candidate profiles to add and elevate the business
Define hiring guides and interview packets in order to standardize and optimize Scott’s Cheap Flights interview processes
Examine and improve upon our existing hiring processes by using data and metrics to identify areas of opportunity, bottlenecks, and strengths
Support onboarding of new hiring managers to our recruiting processes and lead training for interviewers on best practices and interviewing compliance
Employer Brand
Develop and execute an employer brand strategy with a long-term focus on attracting best-in-class talent
Elevate and own our content calendar; writing content, supporting others, and leading distribution across social and our internal culture blog
Collaborate with our Marketing team to share culture and role-focused content on social media to reach future candidates
Project manage award programs and the subsequent announcements
Manage and broaden our employer brand presence on all channels

Must have’s:
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to make any candidates you speak to feel like a friend
Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution
High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling
Experience working with a fast-growth organization with competing priorities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and plan to work US-based hours
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to Megan Bianco .
You’ll be a member of the Operations leadership team with Wendy Huang , Laura Cissell-Wyberneit , and a soon-to-be hired Finance Director & Director of Member Success.
We’d list everyone here if we could. This is an extremely high exposure, cross-functional position. You’ll be working with leadership, all of our hiring managers, and most of the organization on interviewing and employer brand work.
