Our client is a boutique digital agency backed with the stability of a well established marketing firm. Theyre looking to bring a digital media buying pro onto their team. This is an ideal role for someone with a great foundation looking to take their career to the next level. Working closely with leadership at the VP and C level, drive and execute strategy for lead gen and traffic growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and scale D2C lead gen campaigns for O&O websites and lead monetization
* Lead on strategy, implementation, taking, and optimizing digital tactics across all media
* Study and identify consumer behaviors and competitor tactics to define audiences and areas of opportunity
* Establish strategic goals for internal and client campaigns
* Maintain digital marketing budgets across multiple tactics and campaigns
* Ongoing review and optimization of critical deliverables
* KPI analysis and reporting
* Meet with management team, clients, and vendors to present on programs, performance, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns
* Demonstrable experience with large-scale consumer acquisition and digital media buying tactics for lead generation, ideally in the insurance/financial services verticals
* A thorough understanding of the life-cycle model for lead generation, driving traffic, and acquiring leads
* Experience identifying high intent consumers with campaigns that engage, inform, and compel action
* Ability to leverage data to improve ROI and expand digital reach
* Knowledge of website structure, URL architecting, pixels, and goal tracking
* Proficiency with Google Analytics, media analytics, and social platforms
* Understanding of compliance regulations regarding digital and telemarketing campaigns (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)
* Self-starter with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams
* Attention to detail and superior communication skills
* The ability to travel and attend client meetings
