CALL CENTER POSITION -We are currently looking for Individuals with good communication skills to Support our Members with their Home Appliances warranties needs in a role that includes SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE.

**IMPORTANT: Interviews and Hiring will be Virtual at this time; however, this is NOT a Remote position. You will be Training and Working Onsite at our Call Center location: 8407 Fallbrook Ave, West Hills, CA 91304. Therefore, applicants must be able to commute with no concerns to our location.

DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Outbound Calls-but NO Cold Calling, contacting members to discuss new or existing protection on their Home appliances, assist members during the process of new sales, upgrades, renewals, sharing product knowledge, and enhancing the customer experience to build and retain customer loyalty.**
