Salary range for this position is: $66,500/yr. – $91,800/yr. depending on experience)

As an Associate Director of Capital Projects, you will play a critical role in creating a built environment in which students can thrive and will be a key member of the facilities management team.
In this role you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, managing, and administering design and construction activity for assigned projects across the Seattle Colleges District. Additionally, this position supports facilities staff in coordinating minor projects such as office relocations, is responsible for monitoring budgets and schedules, maintaining all project records, requests for information, correspondence, and acting as the owner’s representative on assigned projects.

This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by AFT-SPS
